Pig In The House [Cowra NSW], Organic Rose 2017

This refreshing and delightful rose from Jason O'Dea and team is at the forefront of the current resurgence of that style in Australia.
This one is Sangiovese based [with a hint of Shiraz] and delivers a vibrant savoury fruit profile if raspberry, mixed herbs and a waft of rose petals.
An ideal wine for the current celebratory summer season, it can be enjoyed with charcuterie, salads and antipasto plates
